The VietAME 2026 International Conference (The Second International Conference on Advances in Educational Measurement) aims to connect scholars and experts from both domestic and international institutions in areas such as educational assessment, quality assurance, large-scale assessment, and statistics in education. The conference provides an environment for professional exchange and collaboration among institutions.

Through this forum, the conference seeks to propose new directions for the development of assessment and evaluation practices, contributing to the establishment of a research community in educational assessment in Vietnam, as well as the organization of annual international conferences with specific themes for each year.

VietAME 2026 will focus on discussing emerging research trends, innovative assessment models, and best practices in quality assurance within modern education systems.

7. Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstracts and full papers relevant to the conference themes.

- The abstract should include: (1) Research objectives, (2) Research methodology, (3) Key findings, (4) Contributions of the study, (5) Keywords.

- The full paper should clearly present: (1) Literature review, (2) Theoretical framework, (3) Research methodology, (4) Results and discussion, (5) Conclusions and research implications.

Papers may be written in Vietnamese or English.

8. Paper Format

Manuscripts must follow the requirements below: Length: 6,000–8,000 words; Font: Times New Roman; Font size: 12; Line spacing: 1.5; Paper size: A4.

The paper structure includes:

1. Title

2. Abstract (150–200 words)

3. Keywords (3–5 keywords)

4. Introduction

5. Literature Review / Theoretical Framework

6. Methodology

7. Results and Discussion

8. Conclusion and Recommendations

9. References (APA Style, 7th edition).

9. Review Process

Submitted papers will undergo the following process:

1. Initial screening for scope and formatting

2. Peer review by experts in the field

3. Notification of review results

4. Authors revise papers according to reviewers’ comments

5. Final acceptance for publication in the conference proceedings

10. Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the VietAME 2026 Conference Proceedings, which are expected to be assigned an ISBN.

11. Participation and Publication Fee

Staff, lecturers, and employees of the University of Education; the Center for Education Accreditation (VNU); the Journal of Education; and current students of the University of Education, who have a paper published in the Proceedings as the corresponding/first author*	1,500,000 VND
